This JPM news is a bomb because the us banking sector was "safe". Stronger than Europe now what? I believe this is going to stir up emotions of 2008..

.

GLD : Down-gapped thru it's Uptrend Line ?......

.

On the same week that the Miners hit their 400 Support....

Anyone willing to suggest how they'll turn out ?

Me I suspect that the Miners will "poke below", say down to about 388......w

Whilst the GLD (gold price) also declines a bit further, like yeah ok down to it's 150 ($1500 gold price)

[ ...snipped ...]

Shares of JPMorgan, frequently held up as an example of a bank that withstood the bursting of the housing bubble and subsequent crisis better than most, plunged 6.9% to $37.94 in uncommonly high volume trading after hours. Analyst Mike Mayo called the bank “best in class” in a recent note, but still smacked the stock with a two-notch downgrade.

The firm was also hit by a cut to the ratings of its residential mortgage servicing unit from Standard & Poor’s after the bell Thursday. The action is not exactly the rating cuts Wall Street watchers have been waiting for, with Moody’s due to wrap up a review of its ratings on firms including Morgan Stanley and Bank of America in the near future.

Looking at the daily chart of ES, this is the fifth time it's dropped into the 1340 area this week.

Previous four times, got strong bounces.

Bottom falls out this time?

Honestly I was expecting them to gap down futures, but not like this. I am not sure if this was known (JPM) or expected in anyway shape or form, but I would expect the chances now are a lot higher that we can crack the 1340 level despite all of these wicks. I honestly wouldn't like to see futures down too much going into tomorrow's open, but eh wte.. Annoying wicks these daily candles have instilled..

Just need bears to not give up and keep harassing support.

If everyone would only play the short side tomorrow  and next week only it probably would just be that much easier....

Look at this corrupt crap. I'm sure that China will just buy out JPM or BAC if things go in the tanker again, hell the Fed allowed this to happen! I guess this is all part of the new world order.

Eh... Why is China trying to buy US banks?... Trying to be sneaky and get access to things that otherwise wouldn't be accessible imo..

None of my after hours getting filled on BAC, lol. Man this is a serious blow here not that JPM can't make this up but they we're seen as the most stable bank. The news is damning..

Don't know if it will happen or not, but a gap down in Futures with panic selling is necesary in forging a real bottom.
