While your predictions for UVXY have been completely outlandish, I think you can handle yourself in this trade... however... people that should not touch UVXY are people who have not factored in the premium in May VX to VIX which is still around 4-5% and that will put 4-5% of downward price pressure on the May VX and thus 8-10% on UVXY this week, so in order for UVXY to hold its value, VIX has to pop about 6, 8, maybe 10% this week, and that is just to hold its value. Anyone considering following Philo into this trade who doesn't understand exactly what UVXY is and does will probably have their head served to them on a platter, just fair warning.

I suggest you take this conversation to the education section or some other thread as it is not fair to ask such questions in this thread and take away the conversation from important stuff.
It depends on whether you have cash account or margin account. If cash account, you can buy another immediately but cant sell for 3 days. If it is a margin account, then you should be able to buy and sell immediately, but then you are restricted to only 3 day trades in 5 trading days period if your account value is less than $25k. Do a google search on the following keywords and read as much as you can.
Day trades
Cash account
Margin account

I have a cash account...now I'm getting confused.
If I want to sell this at the end of the day I can't because I have a cash account?

My 10% gain prediction from Friday is going to happen today.
Yes, that 25%-50% gain prediction I made last night was outlandish but it looked that way last night. I adjusted it this morning and both statements happened before trading resumed so no harm was done.
I am planning to exit UVXY EOD today and I suggested to buy it at pre-market or open only if they plan to exit EOD.
Your input is always much appreciated. It keeps me in balance

Send a pm to me if you have further questions. You probably bought this with settled cash, which means you can sell it same day without problem.
However, if you sold another stock (in the last 2 trading days) to buy this one, then you cant sell it same day as the cash from previous trade is not yet settled.

Sold 1/3 of the position at 1365 just because that was my original target but giving the rest some room because it looks like we could have some more upside ahead.

Dang...that's exactly what I did...I sold BAC in the pre-market to get this in the pre-market...
And now UVXY is down...this is just NOT my day.

Don't follow others into trades, especially into derivative of derivatives, unless you first understand exactly what the instrument you are trading does. You might get a green exit, but to be safe, you need to figure out how to set a stop at a price you can live with (tomorrow), or today you might find an offsetting position to help nullify potential further losses. Tricky game this.

We already found our first area of potential resistance in low 1360s, in the area of Friday low and the 4 hour POC at 1365ish which was a huge magnet Friday.

You will be okay my friend, things are not as bad as they seem.
You probably bought about 45 shares of UVXY, even if you lose a $1 per share that would be $45 while the trading costs it self can be $20. Those are not significant in the big picture.
One should be happy always to pay a small price to learn a big lesson. That said, you may break even or even exit in green. So, relax and keep your calmness.
I think you can sell it on Thursday.
