Well, like you said, anything can happen, and I'm simply voicing my opinion here, which I'm entitled and to which others on this forum are entitled, as much as they are to your point of view.  How irresponsible can it be when it's coming from an "newbie" like myself?  You're an "enthusiast". You have more reason to mind what you say.

(OTCBB: SNPK) (PINKSHEETS: SNPK) (the “Company” or “Sunpeaks Ventures”) announces that the Company has instructed its legal counsel to investigate and pursue legal action against certain organizations and individuals engaged in a smear campaign against the Company through false, defamatory and malicious statements about the Company to Sunpeaks’ current and potential vendors, partners, and customers.

 

"We will not stand by idly and allow Sunpeaks to be victimized by persons making baseless and scurrilous comments about the Company, whatever their motivation for doing so. The Company has a duty to its stakeholders to defend itself from unfounded and libelous smear campaigns to undermine the value of the business and interfere with our business relationships," stated Mackie A. Barch, CEO of Sunpeaks Ventures. “We are actively exploring legal options to stop these attacks and prevent them from occurring again in the future. The Company stands behind its products, team, and accuracy of its public statements.”

Mr. Barch explained that Sunpeaks is taking steps to protect its reputation and business interests, and intends to use legal processes to identify all parties responsible, stop the smear campaign, and seek compensatory and punitive damages from the individuals and organizations that have been wrongfully maligning the Company.

Sunpeaks Ventures, Inc. has retained securities law and defamation law specialists to represent its interests in these matters.

I am also in a scenario like others, including Philosuffer ( or was, since he sold his position this morning), hoping SNPK can regain some momentum upward to help mitigate a loss before the next impending dump sends this stock to the downward to the hinterlands...

 

I know its part speculation on what the future entails, however what is the general consensus amongst people still actively watching this stock? Any hope of a slight upswing back towards its previous highs?  Or is a halting by the SEC impending?

 

We will see, however Im sure Im not the only person hoping this stock can regain some more ground before the next crash, my guess is within the end of this trading week...

ya i lost all my profit on this stock :( but only lost profit none of my $$ so not to mad. But on the up side i was able to make alot of my profit back on SEFE

Is this stock finally dead or does anyone see an upturn on the horizon?  It is still being agressively hyped by these penny stock mailing outfits but the price just keeps falling.  I'm not sure if even Burt Reynolds can dig them out of this hole.  Maybe if that '77 Trans Am was still cool.

I hope whoever was holding sold before this drop. And everyone should learn a lesson from what has happened here. Once things stop going your way, you should get rid of your position, you shouldn't HOPE it goes back up. GLTA

and you shouldnt be playing things like this unless you have already learned lol...then you would have made out quite well...pump and dumps are very predictable and easy to make $$ on...but easier to lose if you "fall for it"

think if they had the goods the stock price would fly, big money has moved out, dont see it back to $2 ..for awhile.till big money moves back in .they went on to the next pnd............ thats the penny stock game......yes I have made money and lost money on these penny stocks..............I wish the die hards the best, I dont want to be a bag holder either........a classic penny stock here for sure...... imo only..........I hope im wrong , alot of people got in at $2 ..... they lost their shirt..................

It may, APS just sent another pump for it after hours.  Pretty funny because everyone was speculating  on a new pick today and jumped in on an unconfirmed ticker which shot up 150%.  Then a bunch of other pumpers jumped on the bandwagon with the same pick all thinking its the next APS.  Oh the drama :)
