Each option is exercisable into one common share of Shane Resources Ltd. at a price of $0.10 for a period of ten years from the date of grant in accordance with the Company's stock option plan.

That is the key to this entire company and finally now people and the investment community are beginning to
take notice. This still has a very long way to run if people do the proper DD. Claude Resources (CRJ.t) owns a
30% stake in this property and tried getting it a few years ago in a round about way. Shane beat them in a law
suit and then again in an appeal so we could see something going on again with that. Perhaps a takeover or
something more going on. Time will tell, but where there is action there is usually some fire as well.
