SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwire -04/13/12)-Shane Resources Ltd. ("SEI" or the "Company") (TSX-V: SEI.V -News) reports that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted, as at April 12, 2012, to officers, directors and consultants an aggregate of 850,000 options to acquire common shares of the Company. Each option is exercisable into one common share of Shane Resources Ltd. at a price of $0.10 for a period of ten years from the date of grant in accordance with the Company's stock option plan.
