American Power Corp (AMPW) is an exploration-stage company. The Company's primary focus is on acquiring, exploring and developing coal, oil and gas properties in the United States, with a particular focus on the Rocky Mountains region. The Company has acquired certain coal and minerals rights located in the Judith Basin County, Montana, collectively known as the PACE Coal Project. As of December 29, 2011, the Company had completed a total of 14,076 feet of drilling for all three phases of its exploration drilling program. As of September 30, 2011, the Company's sole project was PACE Coal Project. As of September 30, 2011, the Company had not generated any revenues.
