Stock Market Intraday Chat: Feb 13th -17th - Page 58

I rolled over into the aapl calls. I'm getting bounced around here in this triangle. As long as I don't lose any money I'm coo with it. Freakin' market didn't want me short.

Think they took max pain on those calls?

ASK is still heavy.

Definitely although just the bid/ask has more to do with understanding order flow.

Order flow combined with the profile is a great combo for trading the auction process of supply/demand.

Monthly buyers auction at 58

Weekly Buyers auction at 54.75

Daily POC at 56.75

Daily development between 53.75-61.25

I don't see price holding below 53 (into the daily sellers auction) today

Bidding on some AKS long for the kid college fund... under 8.15 is a pretty good entry if you want to use the 7.90 low for a stop, made a higher low on today's low, earnings probably digested. Could have had some under 8.10 if I was watching it this morning.

OMG!  Speaking of EKG's, I just realized that I really don't need to trade any more because I am already rich in PM's and commodities.

I have SILVER in my hair, GOLD in my teeth, CRYSTALS in my kidneys, SUGAR in my blood, LEAD in my ass, IRON in my arteries and an inexhaustible supply of NATURAL GAS

I am admitting defeat on this one. XIV is at 1.34 now, so it would be a 10 cent profit at this exit and I recommend the exit at this point.

I thought it will go to 8.60 easily by now but TVIX is resilient and holding the line while the market is going up. So, no point in trying to risk any more.

I am looking for exit as well from XIV.

Buy XIV right now in pre-market at 8.26 or so (last trade when I posted this  was 8.23) and sell it with in a couple of hours from market open above 8.60.

Most likely probable trade!!! 4%+ gain in short time!

Do share if you did this and the result!!

This is also a high probable trade because, the amount of drop in TVIX at the moment is not appropriately reflected in the amount of gain in XIV. XIV is lagging due to resistance level at 8.3 and this divergence will be corrected soon and XIV would gain!

Edit: Sold all 4000 shares of XIV at 8.34 (entry was at 8.03)
