Hahaha!  Thanks Binks!  Just let oil pop one more time by the end of the week so I can close my GBR position cool.gif

Careful because low float has great manipulation. Add a tight stop to your play.

Oil ripping, look for a GBR pop over $3.50 soon.

GBR with a close of $3.40.  Can't complain about that.  Still holding and with oil ripping, I think this should head over $5 soon.

SSN basically had the same move as GBR, but with lots of volume, so no chance of getting stuck on a sell off...anyway, good picks and good profits....thumbup.gif

Out GBR at 3.30/3.25

In SBSA at 4.58, going to bounce nicely off that 50 day ma.  Golden cross too.

No plays are a slam dunk, but if you pull up the SBSA chart, it is a textbook pattern.  Bounce off the 50 day MA and head back towards highs.  It has been stair stepping up and I expect that to continue.  The RSI is inching up and the Full STO is pretty much bottomed and turning up.  +DI turning back up.  Everything looks good here.  Another thing to note is that it moves on very low volume.

SBSA chugging along.  $4.75 HOD koolaid.gif

Doesn't take much to move it to $5 quickly

Nice Pick Cubs, its got  a nice trendline to bounce off of too from the last two rebounds off the 50dma. thumbup.gif

Thanks farmer!  I was going to buy GV at .55 today and thought it was too risky.  Well, currently it is at .67 and it's HOD is .74.  DOH.

Oh well, SBSA is a safer pick I would imagine.

SBSA, I like the consolidation here in the 4.60s-4.70s. Should get a push to $5 soon.

Looking forward to an awesome week HSM!

I started doing a few things this weekend

  1. I started collecting and going through all the change I could find to start saving pre 1982 pennies.  They are worth $.025 due to their copper content.
  2. I started saving all nickels I could find.  They are also worth a bit more than their actual monetary value and the government may soon change the content they are made out of.
  3. I also found out some family members have silver they would be willing to sell me for under spot price.  I will be purchasing the coins soon.  Around $400 worth of coins.

I am very excited to begin accumulating silver, copper pennies, and nickels.  Especially the Silver, I love that it is a place I can put my money and not have to worry about it going to 0.  I am buying this silver to hold for later in my life, say my 50s and 60s, or even longer!  I hope to have over 100 oz. by the end of the 2012.  Achieving that goal will depend on how I do trading stocks. I will be using some of my stock trading $ to buy this silver too.  So be on watch for when I add my silver position to the first page of the thread.  The nickels and pennies I plan on holding until in my 50s or 60s also, maybe even longer...who knows what the price of copper might be then!  Very very long term investments on the pennies, nickels, and silver.

FWIW, I will be purchasing some gold at some point this year.  Not exactly sure when though.

I ended up with 5 or so pounds of copper pennies and about $20 worth of nickels.

I figure that is a good start, after all I am just 19.

Anybody else into collecting coins on HSM?

Out SBSA for a loss.  Market not cooperating.  Gonna take out $1,100 and buy physical silver on this dip.

So I might give this thread a break, or make a new one starting with $3,000 soon.

Hey fellas, didn't blow my account up or anything...just been busy with school.

Caught COIN and SGOC this week almost 70-80% each.  It has been my best week of my trading career so far.

I might start this thread back up or a new one when summer begins.

Hope all is well in HSM trader land!
