Why ?......Because our esteemed HSM Moderators do not deem it as "worthy" of possessing it's own thread.....

Just like they would "deem" as "unworthy" a thread, whose topic was the HUI 400 Level :

On another note : In response to my "censored status" A pm being made for SJ :
