SAN DIEGO, Aug. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Who's Your Daddy Inc. (OTC BB:WYDY.OB - News) announced immediately after its 8K filing on Friday, August 26, 2005, (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=WYDY.OB) that it sold out the entire production of its King of Energy Drink within the first five days of delivery to its San Diego warehouse facility.

The company's first order consisting of its trademarked and branded energy drink was sold within five days of the initial delivery to the San Diego facility. The drink was purchased by a local distributor for distribution to over 500 convenience store locations in Southern California.

In addition to the sellout of its initial production, the company has purchase orders on a bi-monthly basis for the original energy drink and its sugar free version, which will be begin production in September 2005.

The order was placed by a distributor in Michigan for distribution to more than 1,000 convenience stores in the Michigan area. The initial purchase order is for approximately $250,000 on a bi-monthly basis.

The energy drink revenues, along with revenues from sales of the company's hangover remedy, which it acquired as a part of its acquisition of Pharb (and which will be repackaged and sold as ``Who's Your Daddy Hangover Remedy, by Pharb''), will be reflected in the company's next quarterly filing, as they were generated after the closing date for the 8K (please see: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=WYDY.OB).

Edon Moyal, CEO of Who's Your Daddy, stated, ``Who's Your Daddy will be going on a cross-country tour over the next six months promoting the Who's Your Daddy King of Energy Drink. This is a better set-up I think!

Now that the summer is coming to an end I sure hope that they are geared up and ready to go - it seems like the pieces of the puzzle are almost in place and once the machine starts rumblin' we should be in for a great ride!

I think based on the strength of the PHARB revenues that were announced in last week's 8K filing, coupled to seemingly huge revenues for our energy drink, we are currently seriously undervalued here in the $1.60s.

My view is that once the company locks up its 2nd round of financing, and gets some more news out, and gets some more exposure for this little gem in the retail investor community, we should easily see an initial move into the $4-$5 range. That s/p is what I would deem as fair market value for this stock right now.

As for the intermediate to longer term, for those looking to stick around this investment, I think this company has the potential to reach the $9+ levels and get a listing on a senior exchange such as AMEX or NASDAQ.

Just bought more shares. Remember this stock you buy before 3pm EST and every day at 1.60 gives us opportunity to find extra cash and buy before the gasket blows. I can't wait to see a >500k share day, it's been a while.

That is why the company has been working on putting together a 2nd round of funding so as to be able to ramp up production to fulfill the expected influx of orders. Financing is an integral part of the puzzle right now for WYDY as they continue to execute on their business plan.

I have been long here for way longer than I normally would stick around for because the upside with the products and structure is so strong.....so I have been adding for months and will continue to - so far I have about 65,000 worth and it will take a nice price to get those shares away from me! 5-7 dollars would make me listen.......
