There were no recent threads for this company so I thought I would start a new one. Obviously I own some shares of ICTL. Bought them last month because my mom, wife and mother-in-law all use and like one of their products.
At first glance the company appears to be scrapping along the bottom after a fall from grace that included some SEC problems involving incorrectly reported income. Nothing in the technicals shows this as a stock to buy. This was a gut instict buy based on my family liking the Dermawand. My mother-in-law bought hers from Shop NBC. My mom bought hers from the product's website and my wife bought from the company's listing on Amazon. There used to be an infomercial but I don't think it is running now
International Commercial Television's last quarterly report showed a minimal profit and they are $200,000 in the hole for the year. Not that exciting but better than losing like 3/4 of a million last year. They also just announced that the CFO responsible for the turnaround is now the company President.
I just have a sense that if the past problems were going to put them out of business, it would have happenned by now. Could be a company about to be on the move. Yes, it is bottom fishing, but I like catfish and flounder.
