I think this should be a decent exit point if you want to get out, there has been many signs of pullback. It's somewhat pathetic that their press releases are nothing, but two minor abstracts of oral-lyn and rapidspray that have been posted over google and yahoo forums over the weekend. In my opinion...I truly believe the company has potential, but you can buy it back at a lower price. Gluck to everyone .

Are their earnings out yet? Would it cause it to tank?

Their earnings should be due this month base on previous years, but no one knows the exact date. Most of the dates I've seen was only an estimated.

I didn't know that approx 43% of the U.S. population over age 20 have diabetes or pre-diabetes.

I think parents with children with diabetes will be very happy to hear about Generex's GRS spray.

JMHO, but this is very good news.
I pulled a few paragraphs from the Press Release;

"With the explosion in the number of people with diabetes and pre-diabetes, now estimated to be 43% of the United States population over the age of 20, effective intervention will be required to address the significant attendant cardiovascular risks in the coming years," said Dr. Gerald Bernstein, the Company's Vice-President for Medical Affairs. "These study results suggest that Generex Oral-lyn(tm) could play a valuable role in the treatment regimen."

In addition, an abstract entitled A Novel Tool to Control Hypoglycaemia and Improve HbA1c in Very Young Children with Type 1 Diabetes, which featured Glucose RapidSpray(tm), the Company's proprietary glucose buccal spray product, was a poster presentation at the 2009 ADA scientific sessions.

"The great value of GRS in this particular population, in addition to addressing hypoglycaemia, is that it is designed to allow parents to administer glucose in a specific and controlled fashion thereby providing considerable security and empowerment," observed Dr. Bernstein.

There's not article on their earnings but they're down $1m which is some what expected.

I don't see why not. It was granted 5 patents and it hasn't gone past the .90 resistance.

the whole market is down......do not worry!

I would like to see this one get above 1.00 and stay there for a while
