Best Free Stock Charts for live time charts?

Well I have been using www.freestockcharts.com for awhile, but it has been down the last two business days, Friday and today.  I need to either find another site / software package, or at least have a serviceable backup when this happens.  I didn't make any moves in the past two days and this is frustrating.

If anyone can add advice, it'd be greatly appreciate.  Thanks!

Freestockcharts is the only one Im aware off...

If you are serious about trading, you can not rely on free quotes.

You need to pay up and get a reliable platform like tradestation, esignal etc.

Or you broker should be offering some sort of realtime package to you.

I have a day job and I'm not going to trade for a living.  Freestockcharts has been fantastic to me and everything that I could hope for in stock tools.

Maybe after I make some money I could invest in paid tools, but considering I'm down about 50% on the capital I did invest this year... hell no.  I'm not paying to lose money.

If no one can recommend a free alternative, then what are some cheap but reliable paid options? I definitely don't have the time or money to use $1,000 software but if there's a monthly service that is cheap and works flawlessly, that'd be perfect for me.  Just looking for charts basically, not knowledgable enough to use Level IIs / options, etc. yet.  Don't want to pay for a gigantic package when I can only use a small fraction of it.

If you're down 50% of your capital thus far, perhaps you should go back to paper trading and retest your strategies. If your strategies work flawlessly in paper trading, then it means your psychological aspect isn't up to par and needs work.

If you were caught in the August market correction, then you need to re-evaluate how you exit trades and again need to fix the mental aspect. There was plenty of time to exit any positions on the first week of August once you saw that you were losing money. If you held through, then its because you didn't enter the trade with a pre-determined "if this happens, then do this, otherwise do this" strategy.

FreeStockCharts.com is the best one that is free... you can get the Gold package for 30 a month, check on their site. Otherwise, if you're not day trading I don't see why that site is not adequate for your needs.

I just found this over the weekend and it looks good.

Scottrade offers a great T/A package without having to buy level 2. Only thing that pisses me off is they don't put a MA in the god dam RSI chart so you can't tell when they have crossed.
