Re: HISC anyone watching this one??

Yes,
I've been in this one for a long time. I bought at .02 in November and watched it take a steady plunge into sub-penny land. I recently sold half at .04 and pulled my original investment. Now I am riding for free, and I am thinking I will keep this one long term.

I really like the direction that Moody is headed, and I like thier product. They have already filed the paperwork to become fully reporting, and they want to be listed on the Amex. They have cancelled about 50% of their outstanding shares and continue to hire some big names.

Check out my previous thread:
http://www.hotstockmarket.com/board/...20119;start=10

I only wish I would have averaged down when it was back at .002!

Re: HISC anyone watching this one??

Some nice buying on it recently, a bounce off the trendline under 0.025 could be a nice entry point.

Re: HISC anyone watching this one??

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. to Receive Purchase Order Financing Through Capital Resource Funding, Inc.
07/14/2005 08:30
ASHEVILLE, N.C., July 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HISC) is pleased to announce that it has received a commitment from Capital Resource Funding, Inc. to provide commercial financing services. Capital Resource Funding will provide purchase order and receivables financing to fund Homeland Integrated Security Systems' current growth projections.

"The funding programs that CRF facilitates will empower HISC to acquire orders and offer payment terms, where the only restrictions are their client's trade limits. With government orders, HISC will truly have unlimited funding capabilities on all approved purchase orders," said David Koran, President, Capital Resource Funding.

This type of financing will enable HISC to accept new orders, regardless of size, and have the funding available to cover any up front costs necessary to fill each order. Furthermore, this will allow HISC to offer attractive payment terms to their current and future clients, without having any potential credit limit issues. Purchase order financing rates range from 3% to 6% of the purchase order amount, and receivables financing ranges from 1% to 2.5% per 30 days.

Capital Resource Funding, Inc., located in Charlotte, NC, has multiple years experience in the commercial finance industry. David Koran has a banking background with First Union (now Wachovia Corp.) and BB&T.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced that it received a blanket purchase order from Pro Sec, a Middle Eastern security company, for 5000 Cyber Trackers at a base price of $499.99 per unit. The order translates to $2.5 million for the hardware, which does not include subsequent fees for the software and service. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will begin shipments to Pro Sec in the fourth quarter of 2005.

"The Purchase Order financing from Capital Resource will assist us with our most recent Purchase Order, as well as help us to continue to finance our growth and profitability," stated Frank Moody, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems.

Featured below are the 6 companies and Larry Oakley’s commentary on each.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.(OTC:HISC)

HISC's proprietary technology has resulted in innovative & sophisticated security products. One of its key target markets is the 361 commercial seaports in the U.S. that are vulnerable to criminal penetration. It has turned the profit corner. Another is the consumer market that really got my interest.

Its patent-pending Cyber Tracker is a 5 inch square by 1 inch thick battery powered GPS device that utilizes Motorola technology. Placed in a vehicle, other asset, or with a person, it uses a customized software application transmitted wirelessly to track the asset or person on a computerized map. You can define such criteria as speed, location, stopping time, route designation, etc. Alarms can be triggered if any of the criteria are violated. Practical application - your daughter when on a date.

"Geo fencing" is a unique characteristic of the Cyber Tracker that allows you to define specific areas that can be determined as "off limits" -- it will trigger alarms if the assigned Cyber Tracker enters the defined space. The reverse can also be used by “fencing” a vehicle, asset, or person inside a defined area.

HISC on 7/6/2005 received its second major order from Pro.Sec, a Middle Eastern security company, for 5,000 Cyber Trackers at a base price of $499.99 per unit. The order translates to $2.5 million for the hardware, which does not include subsequent fees for software & service. Shipments will begin in Q42005.
