To insert a chart, you need to have the URL of the image.
You can get the URL of an image by right clicking on it (assuming you are using a PC), then cut n pasting it into the box after you click the "Insert Image" button.
If the image is coming off the web, you need to click on the "Image URL" option, otherwise the default is "Browse Computer" to pull an image off your harddrive.
