ALLEN PARK, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/10/08 -- DIAS Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: DSHL) disclosed today the signing of a preliminary strategic alliance agreement between its Detroit International Auto Salon (DIAS) subsidiary and the organizers of the annual China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE) that was concluded at Wayne County Delegation's Investment Promotion Seminar in Beijing. "This event was one of the major highlights for our 36-person delegation visiting Shanghai, Wuxi, Chongqing, Changchun and Beijing, where we were greeted by mayors, directors, CEOs of top businesses, and other government officials. This was our fourth annual trade mission," stated Dr. Mulugetta Birru, Director of WCED.

CIAPE is the largest annual exhibition of China's growing automotive industry businesses, with an estimated 2,500 exhibitors spanning 100,000 square meters showcasing the products and services from the 12 automotive production bases certified by the Chinese government in Changchun, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Wuhan, Wuhu, Taizhou, Xiamen, Baoding, Guangzhou, Hefei and Liuzhou. This year, CIAPE was held at the new China International Exhibition Center, capable of handling the +100% expected increase in exhibitors verses 2007.

"CIAPE is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce," stated Michael Wesney, President of DIAS. "According to their regulations, admittance to CIAPE by China's domestic automotive enterprises is based upon reaching a certain business scale and absence of any record of infringement on intellectual property rights. This is a significant step by the central government to validate the legitimacy of these businesses to the international marketplace," he added.

"Over several months, we established a mutually beneficial model in which our DIAS subsidiary will facilitate networking U.S. companies into the CIAPE organization, and the CIAPE organizers will promote exploring the North American market through DIAS," announced Eric Huang, Chairman & CEO of DIAS Holding, Inc.

About the DIAS Holding, Incorporated:

("DSHL") is a Delaware Corporation servicing the multi-billion dollar industry of providing automotive, trucking, railway and petroleum industries with raw, finished and assembled components. Seems like some wash trading has been occuring in DSHL by the way it has been acting. I hope those who are involved in doing this have read the article below and are paying close attention.

The SEC and the Justice Dept are cracking down hard on wash trading. Tim Dougherty is now facing 25 years in the slammer for a wash trading/stock manipulation scheme. They want to give the bagman (the person who handled the payoffs to buy stock) 80 years with no chance of parole until 85% of the sentence is served.

Have a look at AZO and AN, they have roared higher. DSHL should pop hard to the upside as it's lagging the rest of the sector right now.

That buy should look very good as the 4th quarter is usually their strongest quarter historically. Last quarter sales were 14M and stocks in this sector are trading at about 3 times sales; do the simple math and its amazing how undervalued this stock currently is.
