Brokers have different spread margins.

Depends on the brokers spreads (thats the difference in pips between the currencies ASK and BID prices--some will be 3 pips, some 4 pips...and so on depending on the pair and the broker).

If you are watching two different brokers at the same time--yes you can see a change in price difference as well--again it depends on the broker and their data feed and their spread...some times the data feed may be delayed to a broker by second or two as well..sometimes the data price may be inside the brokers spread--so the prices won't fluctuate as much unles it moves...

....and yes its possible for the charts to differ slightly as well depending on the feed and data they get. Especially with Forex.com--its possible for the chart to show a trade--but the actual trade platform does not register it unless that price tickets at that price which again may be inside the brokers spread...

Thats forex for ya. You cannot get the same quotes from one broker to another unless you go ECN, but you have to have huge amounts of capital. There is no central quotation system. Forex is not a per se, an exchange. The brokers are getting rates from the bank and they can charge you any price they want. They do stay within reason while taking their share, "most of the time".It's one of the "un-perfect" markets but it is efficent and if you pick a good broker and keep a good eye on them forex will be very profitable for you.
