I know there is a forex broker who works stricly on commision through trades... not pips. 10 a trade. If your working with a nice chunk, this might be the better route for you.

ICF looks like a big scam. They are located in Russia and have no regional money transaction centers and they have various spelling mistakes on their site. MT4 and 10:1 on stocks sound good though.

Coesfx, trade between the spread or at the ask. You pay $10 single trip comission which equals about a pip.

I warking with this company two years they have very low spreads snd it is stable unlike the others even volatility of market does`t influence for it!!!! it is very important and they don`t take any commission.
also they give good support

I note you are in Russia and we're glad to have foreign traders here to join us... Hope you can contribute some of your Forex experiences beyond icforex--will be most welcome to read them.

Also--you may not be familiar with this, but for US/North American traders--its very strongly suggested North American traders look for brokers with CFC Futures accrediation and regulation members...tho I am sure some of our overseas readers can benefit from icforex in Europe...
