If people are not abusing it much then what would it hurt to make a division to bust people who do abuse it? Oh wait..that right blacks would be all over it like stink of crap saying how they are picked out and set-up Etc.
And yes I know a lot of white red-necks abuse it also but I do not see many(if any) of them blantantly abuse it and talk about it. Only one race has the balls to do that because they can get away with it.

You explained it perfectly - just what I was trying to draw out. The primary goal of the bill was to lower healthcare costs for the people. Instead, the bill will increase premiums.

Even for those who don't have pre-existing conditions because of the people with the thought process I explained in my post to which Wolf was replying.
