Charting Software

Here's a question for all the techies out here. I am looking to purchase some new charting software that will allow me to do the following things:

1. Candlesticks
2. Pull up charts from all American exchanges including OTC and PINKS, not really interested in any foreign exhanges.
3. Draw my own lines: support, resistance, trend, 52 wk highs low
4. Must feature all of the major indicators.

My broker is Zecco and they don't really offer everything I want, but am willing to add a broker if the charting software is free. If not a broker-orientated chart software, I would like to pay an upfront one-time cost as opposed to a monthly cost.

Can any of you help me out, or nudge me in the right direction?
