made first trade this morning commuting between home and work.. noticed SFEG had some life this morning but didn't think too much of it.
After firing down equityfeed and tda, i checked on my way out the door and noticed it was up around 1.70; in at 1.36 so decided to test and order with the phone and take some profit; went very smooth... beeped as i was driving to let me know the order got filled..
only regret is only selling half my postion.. :-)

I use the TDA mobile app on my BB 8900. It's pretty nice. Made a quick 80$ today selling a short position while vaccuming

I use the iStockManager on my Droid, works great! I can leave it running in the background (useful for when I need to do other things), or shut it down and reenter the app later. I used this app on my BB Storm also. Nice utility!

I just go to Scottrade.com and saved it to my Home Screen, and then you can login to your account shortly before market opens, and use it to trade with, and watch your portfolio. The only thing I don't like is u have to keep hitting refresh to update. But unlike scottrade mobile(which sucks) this keeps you logged in much longer, so u don't have to keep logging back in every time u want to check on your account. One thing I have not been able to do is get it to add a stock to my watch list from my iphone.. So if I want to buy a stock, and its not on my watch list, I have to go to scottrade mobile, and login, and do it from there. Hope this helps ..

I have called and complained to my local branch, they tell me they are working on it.. They say the main problem is iphones will not run java.
I am thinking about giving E*Trade a try this year. Heard they have a nice iphone App.

you can get remote desktop/PC Anywhere apps for iPHone which means you can execute off your home desktop via iphone.
Also - the CNBC app isn't that bad for prices and most retail shops have their own prop app you can download - if worst comes to worst you can use CNBC app and then phone in an order. Just tell them that your login isn't working on the mobile app and they will probably waive any retail phone fees.

My new iPhone is coming next week and I was viewing different apps for ATrade on-line. Does anyone have any opinions on which is the best? Thank you....
