It's been legally removeable one year after the company first started trading publicly. The January date is irrelevant and has been illegally advertised by the company. The SEC is looking into it.

CCTC's stock symbol popped up in this article. To the best of my knowledge they were not in attendance.

Bummer..... No timely filing- not even an extension
but we saw that coming, didn't we?
Guess the clock starts all over for those who believe that
Rule 144 is exclusive. NOT!

There are several motives. Read the allegations in the numerous fraud cases against the company, Hunt and his band of merry idiots.
