As far as Jim "the convict" Bishop schooling me...ummm...I don' think someone with his credentials would last two minutes in a real financial discussion with me. He goes and pulls a few SEC websites and posts them and you flunkies think he's the next coming.

You might want to pay a little attention to current happenings...2 lawsuits down, 2 lawsuits won...an immediate dividend at .39 per share. Now, I don't expect you rinky-dinks to be bright enough to understand what's about to hit the fan, but you may want to run as far as possible from your IP address...you are warned...SUCKER!!!

Of course, who knows what GFGU will be trading at in 6 months when the shares are tradable...it is also being scrutinized by the SEC, most likely, as some report they've turned them in.....for good reasons, too.

Jim Bishop is one of the few on LieHub that has a clue as to what is going on. Maybe RME will come up with an opinion letter so they can dump the shares sooner. I don't know what SPNG shareholders will get out of all this, but my guess, there will be more charges against SPNG management.

Any word on the 10K?

Funny, I recalled stating in August we'd never see a 10K- that was just before I resigned on the matter and took my loss on SPNG.

I remember around August 16th, they said they were working hard on the 10K would be out in a couple of days. These crooks seriously need a little jail time. "We're working diligently and hope to have the 10K out soon........" What a joke.
