With the facility and phase three looming on the horizon I don't see much of a drop unless the facility and phase three are weeks out and I don't think they are.

There's a strong probability that this will actually drip back down to the low $1.00s before the pop. If no news on Monday and Tuesday, expect this to be back at 1.00 to 1.10 easily!
