If one believes in evolution one must also assume that love, honor, liberty, justice, faith, etc... are just man made concepts and mean nothing.
from primordial mud arose the music of Bethoven, the science of Newton and the plays of Shakespeare.
And don't even mention Karma

If you mean that you are not going to eternally rewarded for being nice then yes, it means nothing.

You are not eternally rewarded for being nice. You are rewarded because Christ paid the penalty of sin. Christians are not perfect... just forgiven.

Those things would mean nothing to anyone or anything else except us. We evolved an appreciation for those things. They are, as you described them, man-made concepts. Even from culture to culture, love, honor, liberty, and faith have different meanings and definitions.
Karma is just the reaction of human beings towards each other. There have been plenty of scenarios where a seemingly good person, one who maligned no one, was killed by some random sequence of events that put them in harms way. Or like recently, the nun that was murdered in her own home somewhere on an Indian reservation in New Mexico. Was her serving the Lord creating bad karma that led to her murder?
It's easy to say that those things that we personally enjoy cannot simply be the cause of some random, spontaneous event that created everything out of nothing as proposed by the Big Bang theory (though I personally subscribe to a theory slightly different). But one must understand that the only reason we enjoy those things is because we were conditioned, either by our specific culture, peer and family influence, or personal rationalizations have molded our view points.
Imagine, if you can, a sentient being on an unimaginably distant planet where 2 suns and 5 moons encircle that being's planet. The chemicals that make up their atmosphere causes a strong violet hue in their sky. Those beings having multiple vocal chords that are able to produce simultaneous octaves and harmonies. And, having been around for a millennia longer than we have been around, are far beyond our own technological infancy. They then coming here and determining that our single sun and moon, blue sky, simple music, and inability to travel farther then Mars is primitive and not worth any admiration.
Even amongst the different cultures here on Earth. Do you think an African tribe in the Congo, or South American tribe on the Amazon can appreciate Beethoven? No. They have only learned the appreciation for their respective tribal auditory enjoyment is, which may very well be sounds of the wild.

Another one of those "man made" concepts.
How strange. It isn't really "man made" at all, and to say something "ought" or "should" be anything, is silly.
If you're right, man is no more valuable than dirt and "nice" has no more value than "hateful".

I would argue that "you can do anything so long as you beg for forgiveness" is also a man-made concept.

To a degree, I would say that is true. Except that dirt cannot procreate/replicate itself, nor can it bring it's imagination to fruition. However, on a basic molecular level, I will return to dirt. Until then, I will attempt to make do the best I can, as I deem fit and purposeful, so long as I am here.
