From looking at their filings it seems as though Lee Miller (CEO) owns 11,456,219 Million Shares of the 19 Mil OS. This puts the float around 6.5 Mil +/-. Best part of this is, FEEL is OTCBB (Not BS Pinksheet)

Got in at .04 & .05
